Orderdirect.ky is an e-commerce dropshipping and logistic company, focused on the provision of international trade and logistics services in the Cayman Islands.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items can only be returned if they are either damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was delivered to you. Only items that are non-functional, or are the wrong item purchased can be returned. Refunds are fully approved by the discretion of Orderdirect and will be determine on the circumstances at hand.
